Booking Policy

1. Making a Booking

Bounce Sheffield operates as a pre-booking-only venue. All jump sessions, birthday parties and special events must be booked in advance. Walk-in are accepted subject to availability.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Please ensure you select the correct date, time, session and number of participants.
  • Bookings are confirmed once the required payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
  • Prices are displayed during the booking process and may vary depending on the session, date or special promotion.
  • Customers are responsible for checking their booking confirmation and notifying us promptly of any errors.

We reserve the right to limit bookings to ensure the safety and comfort of our visitors.

2. Open Jump & Toddler Session Cancellations

More than 48 hours before your session

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund.

Within 48 hours of your session

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session are normally non-refundable.

However, where possible, we are happy to arrange an alternative date or time, subject to availability.

  • Alternative sessions cannot be guaranteed.
  • Any change must be agreed and confirmed by Bounce Sheffield.
  • If you cannot attend your booking and no alternative arrangement is made, the original booking conditions will apply.

These rules apply to standard jump sessions, including Open Jump and Toddler's Jump. Birthday parties and special events have separate cancellation conditions.

3. Birthday Party & Exclusive Hire Cancellations

Our exclusive birthday parties are among our most popular bookings. When you reserve a party, we allocate the venue, staff and resources specifically for your celebration.

More than 7 days' notice

Birthday parties may be cancelled with more than 7 days' notice.

In accordance with our published FAQ, 50% of the party deposit will be refunded. Any additional payments will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer rights and reasonable costs or losses arising from the cancellation.

7 days or less notice

If you cancel your party with 7 days or less notice, a deposit refund is not automatically available.

Any refund or cancellation charge will be assessed fairly, taking into account costs already incurred, loss arising from the cancellation and whether the reserved time can be rebooked.

Changing your party date

If you need to change your party date, please contact us as early as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate an alternative date, subject to availability and any reasonable additional costs agreed with you.

Party arrangements

  • Exclusive parties normally include 60 minutes of activity followed by 30 minutes in the party room.
  • Standard exclusive party packages accommodate up to 30 children.
  • Additional participants, catering, decorations and optional extras must be arranged with our team.
  • Party packages and inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Changes to party arrangements must be agreed in advance.

4. Special Events & Themed Sessions

Throughout the year, Bounce Sheffield hosts special events, including Halloween celebrations, themed jumping sessions and other limited-capacity activities.

Special event tickets are not covered by the standard 48-hour cancellation policy.

Any event-specific cancellation and refund conditions will be provided at the time of booking.

If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests for refunds or alternative arrangements will be considered in accordance with the event terms and applicable consumer law.

5. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled session to complete check-in and any necessary safety procedures.

  • Sessions begin and finish at the scheduled times.
  • Arriving late may reduce the amount of activity time available.
  • We cannot guarantee additional jumping time for late arrivals.
  • Missed sessions and no-shows are not normally eligible for a refund where the reserved service was available as booked.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.

6. Safety Requirements & Participation

The safety of our visitors is extremely important to us.

All participants must follow Bounce Sheffield's safety procedures and instructions.

  • A completed safety waiver is required before participating.
  • Participants must watch the safety video and follow staff instructions.
  • Trampoline socks are compulsory and may be brought from home or purchased at the venue.
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity should be worn.
  • Jewellery and other items that may cause injury should be removed before participating.
  • Only one person is permitted on a trampoline at a time.
  • Participants must comply with applicable age, weight and activity restrictions.
  • Children must remain under the supervision of their responsible adult.
  • Staff may stop unsafe activity or refuse participation where reasonably necessary for safety.

Open Jump sessions are designed for children aged 4 and above. Toddler sessions are designed for children under 4, with an accompanying adult.

If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for your child, please contact us before booking.

Our safety requirements and participant waiver are available on our website.

7. Food, Drinks & Sickness Policy

We offer light refreshments and snacks at Bounce Sheffield.

Customers may bring snacks, but full meals are not permitted during general sessions unless previously agreed with management.

For safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Children must not return to the trampolines after eating.
  • Please do not bring children who are unwell or experiencing symptoms of sickness.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and informing staff immediately of any sickness incident.

A sickness/cleaning fee of up to £50 may apply where additional cleaning is required, provided the charge is reasonable and reflects the resulting costs.

8. Free Passes, Promotions & Third-Party Bookings

Bounce Sheffield occasionally offers complimentary passes, discounted tickets and promotional packages.

  • Free passes must be redeemed by contacting our team.
  • Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions stated at the time of purchase.
  • Offers are subject to their stated validity dates and availability.
  • Bookings made through third-party ticket providers may also be subject to that provider's applicable booking and cancellation procedures.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. If Bounce Sheffield Cancels Your Booking

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel a booking due to circumstances such as an unexpected closure, equipment issues or a safety concern.

If Bounce Sheffield cancels your session, party or event and cannot provide the booked service, we will offer you:

  • A full refund of the affected booking; or
  • An alternative date or time, if you prefer and availability allows.

Where a service is materially changed or only partly provided, we will assess the appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

We will aim to notify affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.

10. How to Request a Cancellation, Refund or Booking Change

To request a cancellation or booking amendment, please contact our team.

Email: bouncesheffield@gmail.com

Telephone: 0114 242 6174

Please provide your booking reference, booking name, original date and time, and the change you would like to request.

Cancellation notice will be assessed based on when your request is received. We recommend contacting us in writing so there is a record of your request.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.

11. Consumer Rights & General Conditions

Bounce Sheffield aims to make all booking conditions fair, reasonable and transparent.

Bookings for leisure activities on specific dates are generally exempt from the standard 14-day online cancellation cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, this does not remove your other statutory rights. Any cancellation charges or retained payments must be fair, reasonable and consistent with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This policy should be read alongside our safety waiver and any additional terms clearly provided for your chosen booking.
