This is a common question for Bounce Sheffield, and we recommend that you keep in mind that you are going to a trampoline park when in the process of deciding what to wear. This means that you will be jumping, bouncing and even doing some tricks if you are particularly great!
Wear something comfortable and loose. Tracksuits and jogging bottoms are great, t-shirts are also highly recommended. It’s also suggested you do not wear shorts as you can get trampoline burns if you fall, also do not wear skirts or dresses if you are planning on going on the trampolines for this exact same purpose. Make sure you bring your trampoline socks with you!
Bounce recommends you do not wear any form of jewellery. As you jump and bounce around, there is the potential of losing your jewellery, which can be harmful to other users of the trampoline park.
So please leave all jewellery at home!
All trampoline parks require you to sign a safety waiver before you begin your fun.
This is for your safety of you and others using the park. It will also give tips on how to stay safe to ensure you have nothing but a great time. We highly recommend signing the waiver before you arrive at Bounce, as leaving it until you arrive may impact the time you have to have fun in the park. Especially if there is a few of you as it is required to fill out one waiver per person.
Trampoline parks are the same as any other activity. With increased numbers of trampoline parks opening in the UK and more people continuing to use these spaces, accidents will happen. Usually this is caused from how someone lands, or attempting a jump you can’t do, so instead of landing back on the trampoline surface, you end up hitting the side or the floor.
It’s very important you listen to the safety talk at the beginning of your bouncing session, and read the information on the waiver as this will help protect you from injury. Bounce also has trained staff to ensure everyone is being safe. Make sure you watch the safety video before attending the trampoline park.
Of Course! Get in touch with Bounce Sheffield to organise! Although this is dependent on availability. However, it is a maximum of 1 hour bounce for group events.
We would advise that you arrive approximately 5 minutes before you session is due to start. This will give you time to check-in and allow you time to watch the safety briefing before you begin your fun!

We highly recommend bookings in order to avoid disappointment.
